Seeking an Admin Assistant to support daily business operations through administrative and financial tasks.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work with data and financial systems.
This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices, and providing essential support in payroll and auditing activities.
What You'll Do Contact vendors and companies to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments Perform basic data entry and data transfer tasks between internal systems Conduct routine checks and basic administrative audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Verify and review employee timesheets for accuracy before converting them into payroll data Process and update supplier invoices, including invoice conversion and documentation management Utilize internal accounting and care systems such as Xero and Visual Care to manage workflows Provide general administrative support such as document handling, reporting, and tracking of tasks Maintain up-to-date and organized digital filing systems for record-keeping and auditing purposes Requirements What You Bring We're looking for someone who : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred 3+ years of experience in administrative support, accounting, or similar roles Proficiency in Xero accounting software Familiarity with using internal systems such as Visual Care is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy in handling time-sensitive data Ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Benefits Why You'll Love Working Here HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves : Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities : Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!
