We are seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to join our team on a permanent work-from-home basis. You will be supporting an Australian Real Estate client, so prior experience with Australian property management processes and legislation is essential. This role is dedicated entirely to Property Management administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the Property Management portfolio
- Manage day-to-day PM documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update CRM systems and property databases
- Prepare leases, entry and exit condition reports, notices, forms, and checklists
- Assist with tenant and landlord correspondence and follow-ups
- Support routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and reporting
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with Australian property legislation
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Australian Property ManagementHands-on experience with Property Management software such as PropertyMe, Console, VaultRE, Re-Leased, Rest Professional, or iRealtyCRM experience (Eagle, Rex, VaultRE, or iRealty)Working knowledge of Realworks, REAForms, and PM documentation processesStrong attention to detail and high level of organisationAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced PM environmentTechnical Requirements
