HIRING : CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (CFO)

Location : Cebu City (Local Residents Only)

We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who will lead the financial operations of our expanding construction company. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of financial management, planning, and accountability—driving profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.

IMPORTANT

This position is strictly open to Cebu-based residents with solid experience in the Construction Industry. Applicants from other industries will not be considered.

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Scope of Work

  • Lead the overall financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company growth plans.
  • Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, taxation, cost control, and project-based financial tracking.
  • Oversee cash flow management, credit control, and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with top management in strategic decision-making for investments, project financing, and risk management.
  • Provide financial insights on project cost efficiency and ROI for multiple construction sites.
  • Supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams to maintain financial discipline and accountability across all business units.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis – Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Audit – Guarantee adherence to BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Project Finance Oversight – Track project budgets, cost allocations, and profitability reports for ongoing construction projects.
