Qualifications :
1. Handles recruitment and hiring, administrative duties, including placement of job advertisements; scheduling of interviews and tests; coordinating with outside applicant evaluation services; job offers; pre-employment documentation; new employee orientation; etc.
2. Ideally, with knowledge in end-to-end Payroll Processing
3. Knowledgeable with compensation & benefits
4. Ensures that all HR-related policies are implemented effectively and consistently.
5. Develops and implements effective and efficient processes to manage employee relations issues, e.g internal communication channels to receive employee feedback, complaints, comments, suggestions, etc.; guidance in the roll-out, implementation of the company’s code of conduct; mediation in conflict situations between employees, etc.
