Ordering Analyst Team Manager-Night Shift

Requirements :

College graduate of any 4 year course

At least 3 years experience in team management, preferably in order processing or supply chain.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency with order management systems and related software.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the ordering team to achieve departmental goals.

Coordinate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Develop and implement efficient ordering procedures and workflows.

Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Analyze order data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Manage workload distribution and scheduling within the team.

Prepare reports on ordering activities and team performance.

Collaborate with management to align ordering strategies with business objectives.
