AU RTO Health / Individual Support Assessment Marker (Remote)
Background
- We’re helping one of our leading RTO clients find a Health / Individual Support Assessment Marker . This role is about fairness, constructive feedback, and supporting students with their future careers as they complete their qualifications.
About the Role
You’ll handle the initial marking of learner assessments in Health / Individual Support .You’ll review submissions against competency standards, provide clear feedback, and record outcomes in the LMS.You’ll escalate to trainers for final sign-off and help keep assessments compliant, consistent, and student-friendly.Your Key Responsibilities :
Mark learner submissions against competency standards.Provide clear, supportive written feedback to students.Record results accurately in LMS (Cloud Assess, aXcelerate, or similar).Escalate academic issues to training coordinators when needed.Monitor marking timelines and maintain compliance standards.Suggest improvements to guides and processes.Requirements

2+ years relevant experience in assessment, marking, or student support.Health / Community Services industry exposure preferred ; PH experience is fine.Background in nursing, social work, health, or related fields.LMS experience (Cloud Assess, aXcelerate, or other systems).TAE40122 or industry qualifications are nice-to-have, not must-have.About the Culture YOU Thrive In
