Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice / Chat Support
Provide satisfactory customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions through chat and email communication channels. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and helpful tone in all written interactions.
Qualifications :
At least a Senior High School Graduate / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably handling international accounts)
Good to Excellent communication skills and typing speed
