Our Financial Markets Distribution Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in targeted locations for the role of Regional Sales Officer.
In this role, you will establish a broad client investor base by actively promoting investment products such as government and corporate bonds, UITFs, FX and derivatives through targeted sales and marketing activities. You will also support assigned stores through joint client calls, sales training, and strict adherence to internal and external compliance standards to ensure optimal trade execution.

What the role will entail
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing spreads with existing and new clients, targeting sectors like BPOs, exporters, and EPZA, and promoting higher-fee products such as primary offerings and foreign currency fixed income investments
- Drive volume growth by expanding USD / PHP flows, focusing on high-volume clients, and intensifying coverage of MSME and retail accounts
- Cross-sell a variety of products including FX forwards, swaps, UITFs, and primary offerings at the division / store level to maximize client investment opportunities
- Develop strong client relationships through close partnerships with Stores, CBG, and WM RMs, participating in joint client calls, sales clinics, and organizing client events to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements to maintain governance standards
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or any related courseMust hold the following certifications : Treasury Certification Program (FX / FI), SEC Fixed Income Salesperson, and UITF CertificationAt least 1 year of relevant experience; high-potential fresh graduates may be considered.Proficient in economics, mathematics, and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skillsMust possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven ability in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeWhat you can expect from joining our team
