Role Name : Marketing Coordinator
Schedule : 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm

You'll coordinate campaign launches across multiple business ventures, working closely with external agencies while managing content development and scheduling. Responsibilities :
Coordinate and support campaign launches across multiple business initiatives
Interface professionally with external marketing agencies and vendor partners
Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing calendars and scheduling systems
Provide strategic support for content direction and development across channels
Execute social media marketing activities and content coordination
Support PR initiatives and coordinate public relations efforts
Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverable alignment with business objectives
Track campaign progress and coordinate between internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Entry to mid-level marketing experience with proven coordination abilities
Strong competency in social media marketing and content development
Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendor relationships
Ability to work independently without constant supervision or micromanagement
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
Professional communication skills for agency and stakeholder interactions
Bonus if you have PR coordination experience or campaign management background
It helps if you're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
