OVERVIEW :
The HR & Accounts Compliance Associate plays a vital role in supporting HR administrative and marketing functions while managing client billing compliance, accounts receivable, and payment collections through the Employer of Record (EOR) / Contractor of Record (COR) platform. This role ensures smooth communication between the company and clients, maintaining accurate records, timely follow-ups, and adherence to compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accounts & Collections
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Oversee collections activities, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding client payments.
- Track payment schedules and report collection status to management.
- Maintain accurate client billing records and documentation on the EOR platform.
HR Administration & Compliance
Support HR administrative processes such as onboarding documentation, employee record management, and contract updates.Ensure all employee and client records comply with EOR and company policies.Liaise with clients and the EOR provider to ensure compliance with labor and contractual obligations.Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and compliance requirements for assigned accounts.Client Communication / Marketing + Social Media
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, compliance, and employee documentation.Maintain professional and timely communication with clients to ensure smooth operational flow.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver efficient client support.Prepare regular reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.Manage the monthly marketing newsletter and social media for the companyRequirements
QUALIFICATIONS : Must Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration, Accounts Receivable, or Client Account Management.Be commercially minded and proactive when it comes to owning a full processExperience in marketing / social media management for b2b businessesStrong understanding of collections, billing, and compliance processes.Excellent communication and client management skills.Proficiency with EOR or HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and MS Office tools.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Nice to Have :
Experience working in a global or remote setup with international clients.Familiarity with HR compliance and payroll processes.Background in recruitment operations or HR shared services.Benefits
