ABOUT THE ROLE
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a high-impact strategic partner to the Executive, responsible for enhancing executive effectiveness, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring organizational alignment. This role blends strategic thinking, operational execution, and interpersonal influence to help the Executive focus on high-priority goals while maintaining visibility across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic alignment, Executive decision enablement, and organizational execution.
- Acts as a force multiplier for the Executive; filters priorities, drives key initiatives, and aligns stakeholders.
- Cross-functional oversight, project orchestration, meeting synthesis, decision framing.
- Joins strategic discussions, shapes agenda, synthesizes data for Executive decisions.
- Supports Executive in setting priorities, clarifying direction, and ensuring strategic follow-through.
- Aligns Executive stakeholders, resolves friction points, manages Executive expectations.
- Writes Executive briefs, narrative decision summaries, framing documents, and talking points.
- Represent the Executive in alignment discussions and escalate priorities across departments.
- Anticipates business risks, proposes strategic responses, and readies Executive for engagement.
- Designs Executive strategic calendar cadence ensures meetings drive direction (not just updates)
- Strategic briefs, Executive dashboards, alignment scorecards, Executive decision memos.
- Thinks like an extension of the Executive's thought process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any Business related courses.At least 1-3 years of related work experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or executive support.Experience working directly with Senior Executives or in fast-paced, high-growth environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
