We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Lead based in the Philippines who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. This role requires someone who can independently drive our marketing initiatives from concept to completion, with a particular focus on Meta advertising campaigns and data-driven decision making. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, making decisions independently, and driving campaigns forward without constant oversight. We're looking for someone with exceptional initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they're articulated, and approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.

Key Requirements :

• Location : Must be based in the Philippines
• Meta Advertising Expertise – Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with demonstrated results
• Data Analysis & Strategy – Strong analytical skills to compare performance metrics, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions that improve campaign outcomes
• Creative Leadership – Ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and lead marketing initiatives from concept through execution
• Technical Proficiency – Basic coding knowledge and hands-on experience editing WordPress websites independently
• AI Tool Mastery – Advanced proficiency in leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI image generation tools to enhance productivity and create professional-grade visual assets and content
• High Initiative & Resourcefulness – Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward proactively without constant oversight
• Strategic Thinking – Strong intuitive and forward-thinking approach to marketing with ability to balance big-picture vision and tactical execution
