Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for professionals to join us in our Cebu office in the role of Credit Officer.

As a Credit Officer, you will ensure that verifications are complete and thoroughly done, perform independent credit analysis, and make recommendations. Responsibilities include underwriting loans, making approval decisions, and identifying cases needing higher-level review.

What the role will entail

• Assess and make decisions on loan applications within the designated authority and according to service level standards.
• Achieve the required number of loan approvals to meet business targets and financial goals.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and deviations to the appropriate delegated approving authority.

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has working knowledge on credit underwriting and analysis for any of the consumer lending products auto loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and credit cards.
• Attentive to details and able to communicate well.
