ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing / offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities :

Process patient admission records in the system
Review emails, reports and respond accordingly based on request (US Healthcare Insurance)

Requirements

At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Campaign

Knowledge with US Healthcare Insurance

Prior Authorization experience is a PLUS, not required

Has an average typing speed of 50 WPM

Good verbal written and English skills

Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati

Amenable working night shift
