Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer with a strong specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to architect, develop, and maintain scalable server-side systems that power AI-driven applications. This role focuses heavily on backend engineering, data handling, and integrating AI / ML capabilities into production-grade services.

Responsibilities : Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and databases to support AI-driven applications.

Optimize server-side performance, security, and reliability.

Implement best practices for clean, maintainable, and testable backend code.

AI Integration

Incorporate AI / ML models into backend systems, enabling intelligent features such as recommendation engines, automation tools, and natural language processing.

Build APIs to serve AI model outputs to frontend and third-party applications.

Fine-tune, test, and deploy AI models for production use.

Data Management :

Develop data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for training and inference.

Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and processing of large datasets.

Work with structured and unstructured data for AI applications.

Collaboration :

Work closely with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product managers to align backend systems with project requirements.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated on AI technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to backend development.

Propose and prototype AI-driven backend features to improve product capabilities.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Backend Web Developer (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS AI / ML, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and model deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Bonus : Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) integration.
• Understanding of MLOps practices.
• Background in DevOps for AI-enabled backend systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
