Job Summary
The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in expanding client base and revenue streams in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate combines market insight, persuasive communication, and a proactive mindset to drive growth in a fast-paced, creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and pursue new business leads across industries.
Conduct client presentations and pitch tailored OOH advertising solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging OOH formats
Provide insights to improve RS Concepts’ value proposition and campaign offerings
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales materials
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and campaign briefs
Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly sales reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Support post-campaign reviews and client feedback sessions
Preferred Personality Traits & Work Style
Skills & Experience
Familiarity with OOH formats (billboards, transit ads, digital screens) is an advantage but not necessary.
Preferred experience in Business Development for more than 1 year is advantage.
Proficiency in CRM platforms is an advantage.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
