Job Description

Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with vendors, processing purchase requests/orders, and monitoring deliveries. You will ensure that all procurement activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

Must have a work background in procurement of goods and services, as well as be knowledgeable on KPI and dashboard monitoring. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for effective coordination with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders. You should also possess a strong working knowledge of Excel, specifically Pivot tables, Vlookup, and other functionalities.
Strong analytical skills, and are able to manage and motivate a team.
