Job Requirements :

✨With at least 1 year of experience as a trainer
✨Amenable to work on a shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities :
✨Develop, update, and facilitate training materials to build foundational skills and knowledge for new hires and existing team members.
✨Lead multi-week, blended training programs, including transmission, nesting, and floor training.
✨Coach and supervise learners during on-the-job training (OJT), nesting, TQ, BQM, and evaluation phases to achieve performance metrics.
✨Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, customer service behaviors, and tool usage.
✨Monitor new hire progress and ongoing enhancement training; provide feedback and implement improvement plans as needed.
✨Maintain accurate training reports, certifications, and support self-skilling initiatives during non-classroom periods.
✨Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs, resolve issues, and ensure training outcomes meet expectations.
