What will you do?

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The Power Platform consists of four key products : Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, which work together to enable organizations to build custom applications, automate workflows, and analyze data.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’ :

  • Design optimal solutions and produce high-level and detailed architecture artifacts to enable implementation and development activities and achieve their endorsement.
  • Collaborate with relevant IT Domain Architects to obtain guidance around existing design and architecture principles, standards, and non-functional requirements.
  • Focus on solution-level decisions and analysis of their impact on the existing IT environment while avoiding unnecessary technical debt.
  • Escalate any barriers, dependencies, and risks with current or planned technical solutions and collaborate to mitigate those.
  • Ensure that the endorsed design is adhered to during implementation and build, and that there is no deviation by the delivery team.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of design.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to the development team.
  • Support the squad in planning, scoping, budgeting, etc.

What can you bring to the team?

  • Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for technology and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing model-driven, canvas and portal apps, flows, and virtual agents / bots.
  • Extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure.
  • Experience with Git and CI / CD pipelines to manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
  • Considerable experience in application and data integration, including but not limited to enterprise iPaaS, API management, ETL / ELT, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • The ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate (advantage).
  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (advantage).
