Job Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For :
