Content Moderator - Non Voice - Weekends Off

Job descriptionHandle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution. Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system. Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. At least High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome). With 1 year BPO experience Able to work on-site (Las Piñas) and attend on-site interviews. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
