The Hygiene & Sanitation Manager implements and maintains all standards that are outlined in the Corporate Hygiene Policies and Procedures. He / she will ensure that all operations (Food and Beverage / Rooms) are in compliance with local hygiene regulations, and initiates and develops a positive relationship with local regulators and the hygiene bureau.
A good candidate should have at least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity and has thorough experience in handling food & hygiene standards of various type of kitchen / restaurants preferred. He / she will be conducting training / audit checks and direct contact with hygiene authorities is preferred.
The Hygiene & Sanitation Manager will maintain daily logs and records of incident reports and findings related to food hygiene & safety. He / she will also work closely with Stewarding Manager on the cleaning procedures and maintenance programs to achieve an effective FSMS system and with the Training Manager in ensuring Managers & Supervisors take an active role in training and development of employees.
