Job purpose :

We are looking for a Senior Producer / Production Manager to lead and oversee digital production processes, ensuring high‑quality delivery in fast‑paced environments. This role combines production leadership, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The Senior Producer will work closely with business development, creative, and technology teams to deliver compelling solutions, manage resources, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and hands‑on problem solver with a passion for driving seamless execution across cross‑disciplinary teams.

Job details :

• Location : 100% Remote – focus on candidates in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Peru.
• Schedule : Flexible; must be available to support occasional work outside standard business hours or align with agreed schedules for collaboration with global teams and partners.
• Job Type : Freelance / Contractor (hourly‑based engagement).
• Language Proficiency : Upper‑intermediate English (C1) or higher, with strong conversational skills for calls and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Availability : Flexible or part‑time, depending on project demand, with the possibility of full‑time engagement for periods ranging from one week to two months.
