- Draft communication (viva engage memo business correspondence and presentation)
- Supports the Administrator in the creation of monthly report (extraction of tracking activities) survey & feedback
- Coordination of regulatory requirements for building inspection permit fire safety inspection
- certificate barangay clearance MPEEF preventive maintenance certificates WEM Optical Media
- Board Certification Import & Export Certification. etc.
- Filing and archiving of documents (contracts service reports regulatory etc.)
- Maintain records of facilities operations including the status of ongoing work and completed tasks
- Updating of ISO 27001 documentation for audit
- Updating of Carbon footprint & Sustainability efforts
- Process gate pass / work permit
- Distribution of supplies to other departments
- Process courier / mail and cargo services (Import / Export)

Minimum of a bachelors degree and equivalent of at least 3-5 years facilities management and administrative experience medium to large corporate properties.Knowledge and experience in workplace / facilities by maintaining the ff. mechanical electrical electronics plumbing and fire contract and procurement vendor management budgetary logistics property insuranceBIR rulings building and fire safety permits real estate taxes Pasays local engineering regulations and compliance procedures.Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.Very good planning and organisational skillsStrong analytical skills to monitor and report on issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Effective collaboration and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment with customer resolution focus.Additional Information :
