Regularly communicates with customers to promote products and services, to update of latest salesand marketing activities as well as foster customer loyalty / retention.
- Executes the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by store management.
- Assists clients in the conduct of their shopping activity- aid customers in locating merchandising in
store; give push carts / trolley; test and / or demo product; accompany to the Till Point for payment and
check-out
- Provides accurate and complete information on product and / or service; including ensuring that the
customer is aware and understands HMR Retail guidelines on Sales and / or Reservation procedure,
Product Warranty, Return, Exchange and / or Refund Policies, Item Delivery and Pick-Up terms &
conditions.
- Ensures each customer receives outstanding service by mystery shop standards
- Performs After- Sales service- prompt and up to standards processing of Customer complaints and / or
concerns (returns, refund; ensure items are picked-up and delivered as per allowable timeline, etc)
- Writes and submits quotation as per client request.
- Coordinates client meet-up and / or conduct ocular and / or Product Presentation to clarify and ensure
that customer need / requirement is meet.
- Effective assists on bulk buyers and corporate queries and in-store customers.
