About our application process

Click the "Apply Now" button and complete your profile. As part of the application process, you'll take a typing and computer skills assessment, we’ll evaluate your home internet speed, your computer will be scanned to ensure it can support Omni + Client systems, and you’ll answer some questions about your experience. The assessment takes 15 minutes to complete. The full application process takes around 30 minutes to complete. You must be in front of a computer to complete your full application.

Earnings & Revenue:

💵 Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates ranging from $3-$5 per hour USD based on work performed (some clients may pay higher depending on the skill set needed).

Required Skills for Successful Freelancers:

💬 Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 or higher CEFR fluency)

🧐 Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

🙌 Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful

👩‍💻 Experience in using technology, including computer applications and software.

Technology & Equipment Requirements:

💻 Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not supported)

⚙️ Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)

🎧 Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication

💨 High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity.

Mobile home internet and Satellite internet not accepted by clients

👾 Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed

🤳Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and/or your business and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your partnership with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security System (SSS) contributions, Pag-IBIG contributions, PhilHealth coverage, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, unemployment insurance benefits, or any other employee benefits as required under Philippine labor laws or regulations.
