We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Merchandising Assistants to support our merchandising team in managing product assortments, inventory, and sales performance. This role involves daily product allocation, sales and inventory analysis, as well as assisting in online and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in allocating watches to retail locations to maintain optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory, track sales performance, and help implement pricing strategies.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, profitability, and competitor activity.
- Stay updated on watch trends and prepare merchandising reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales associates and customers to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective display execution.
- Provide general administrative support to the merchandising manager.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Experience in boutique, SM consignment, or department store merchandising is an advantage.Passion for watches and the retail industry.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Must be residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.Immediate availability is preferred.
