Job descriptionOversee daily operations in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive growth opportunities. Maintain compliance with permits, certifications, and quality management standards. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality. Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to improve tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5+ years of proven success in cold chain logistics, ideally in FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing. Strong track record in leading mid‑sized or rapidly scaling companies through growth, organizational restructuring, or turnaround. Proven ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments. Skilled in building a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation while effectively managing cross‑functional teams. Capable of setting a clear vision and translating it into actionable operational plans. Comfortable engaging with frontline teams and addressing execution gaps directly. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities to connect with all levels of the organization. Adaptive leadership style that fosters collaboration and a motivated work environment.
Job Summary
