ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Property Leasing Associate to manage and support the leasing, marketing, and operations of residential properties for Airbnb. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tenant acquisition, property marketing, contract drafting, and real estate compliance.

This role ensures optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and smooth property operations across multiple key areas, including Pasay, Taguig, Alabang, and Makati.

DUTIES :

Manage residential and commercial leasing of properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and minimal vacancies.

Source and qualify tenants through lead generation, networking, and referrals.

Market available units using social media, digital listings, and real estate platforms.

Draft, review, and manage lease contracts; conduct due diligence and assist in lease negotiations.

Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and move-in / move-out schedules.

Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Prepare reports on occupancy, rental income, maintenance, and property performance.

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, taxation, and local permit requirements.

Assist in overseeing property-related projects and liaise with contractors as needed.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and tenant profiles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing or property management, preferably handling Airbnb residential units.

Skilled in property marketing, leasing, and tenant management.

Knowledgeable in real estate taxation, compliance, and government permits.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management tools / software.

Willing to work onsite in Taguig and travel to various property locations.
