About the job : Clinic Operations Lead (San Pablo Laguna) Onsite
Work Setup : Onsite (San Pablo Laguna)
Schedule : Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities :
- Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
- Analyze data anticipate problems and implement solutions fast.
- Lead by example : coach manage and elevate a diverse clinic team.
- Handle staff concerns with decisiveness empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
- Set the tone for a warm efficient and responsive clinic experience.
Requirements :
Graduate of any 4-year course4 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g. clinic retail bank hotel etc.)Strong track record in operations management process improvement and staff developmentConfident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skillsAgile systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challengesComputer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settingsPassionate about creating impact through organized efficient people-first leadershipAmenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week varying rest days)Key Skills
