OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand partnerships, manage campaigns, and grow our affiliate and influencer network. This role requires a passion for beauty and cosmetics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a small team in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and affiliates.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including communication, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on beauty and cosmetics industry trends to apply best practices in campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, administration, or marketing support roles.
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
