Account Manager
Location : Davao City
An Account Manager serves as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. They are responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications.
Client Relationship Management : Establish and build strong working long term client relationship
Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
Strategic Planning : Understand client needs and goals and develop strategies to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver on client expectations.
Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present results to clients.
Problem Solving : Addressing any issues or concerns clients may have, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Background in sales, marketing, customer service or related field
Experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
