You will lead and mentor a team, promote a positive work environment, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements

• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Experience :
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in branch management, sales, and team development.
• MUST HAVE MARKETING EXPRIENCE
