We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate as the founder’s right hand—handling coordination, information flow, and execution across multiple ventures and private equity projects. This is not a traditional admin role; it’s for someone who can take a complex brief, structure it, and run independently toward outcomes.

What You’ll Work On
Executive & Operational Support
Manage complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and follow-upsMaintain alignment across multiple business units and private equity portfoliosConsolidate communication across several inboxes and teams into a single source of truthConduct light research and prepare decision-ready briefs for meetings and reportsCoordination & Systems
Translate high-level objectives into structured plans and lightweight processesTrack project status, deliverables, and next steps across business linesCreate simple workflows and documentation to replace ad-hoc systemsCoordinate between stakeholders, partners, and internal teamsExecution & Communication
Write concise updates, summaries, and decision memosAnticipate needs, identify blockers early, and propose solutionsProtect the founder’s time by filtering noise, prioritizing actions, and ensuring follow-throughWhat You Bring
4–7+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or Chief of Staff-adjacent rolesProven ability to take a 25–40 item brief and independently build steps toward completionExcellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize and prioritize quicklyComfortable with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp , and basic spreadsheet functionsHighly organized, proactive, and calm under pressureNice to Have
