💼 Responsibilities :

📈 Identify new sales opportunities and target markets

🧠 Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis

💬 Present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence

🌏 Build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market

📅 Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions

🤝 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

📍 Plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities

🎯 Participate in major industry events globally

📝 Keep detailed records of business development activities

🎯 Requirements :

• ️ Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+)
• ️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• ️ 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector
• ️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ️ Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability
• ️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ️ Ability to work independently and under pressure
• ️ Willingness and ability to travel internationally
