Position Overview
The Audit Manager will lead the internal audit department, ensuring the effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. This role is critical in maintaining robust internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual audit plan aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and manage audit engagements covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure audits comply with established methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to audit team members, fostering professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal processes and controls.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CIA preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in financial, operational, and compliance audits, preferably in the real estate industry.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
