Loan Processor

Work Setup : Full-time, Work-from-Home

Salary Range : PHP 28,000 – 32,000 per month

Schedule : Follows New Zealand Time Zone

About the Role

We’re hiring a Loan Processor with 1–2 years of experience in mortgage broking or loan processing for Australian or New Zealand clients . This is an entry-level role suited for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting the full loan-processing workflow.

You’ll assist the broker across document collection, checking client information, preparing files for lender submission, following up on applications, and communicating with clients. We’re not looking for a senior profile—just someone with initiative, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing Support

  • Request required documents using system-generated checklists
  • Check files for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the client fact find
  • Follow up with clients for missing or updated documents
  • Prepare lender-ready submission files
  • Enter and maintain client data in the CRM (Active Campaign)
  • Save documents and maintain naming conventions consistently

Lender Follow-Up

  • Submit applications using standard templates and instructions
  • Record clear updates and diary notes in the CRM
  • Follow up with lenders on outstanding items
  • Track progress from submission to settlement
  • Client Communication

  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and CRM channels
  • Answer basic queries about documentation and process steps
  • Keep clients updated throughout the application process
  • Pipeline & Admin Tasks

  • Manage CRM tasks and pipeline stages daily
  • Assist with annual reviews, re-fixes, and simple retention tasks
  • Prepare basic reports (e.g., RPNZ property lookups)
  • Support general administrative tasks like inbox management, file uploads, and appointment preparation

    Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in Australian or New Zealand mortgage broking or loan processing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Basic skills in Word and Excel
  • Able to follow established processes and checklists
  • Willing to ask questions, take feedback, and improve
