Distribution Care Specialist - Cebu

Job Description :

The position is responsible for monitoring the activities of the distributors and vansalesman and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by thecompany. He will also develop strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors sales.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering orequivalent.
• Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing general trade accountsand other channel of distribution preferably selling fast moving consumer goods.
• Knows how to drive (with valid Drivers License RC 1 2)
• Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem-solving and decision making skills
• Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
• Willing to do field work and travel in areas within in Cebu
