Required Experience :
Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing or related field
With at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
With TL / Supervisory level experience.
Execute content creation in marketing campaigns, from planning and creating graphic, video content, attractive ad copy representing brand identity, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Experience in paid ad operations, dashboards, analytics, campaign execution, and optimization (Meta ads, Google ads, etc.)
Experience in utilizing CRM systems to analyze and deepen the understanding of customer segments. (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
Experience in operating a Shopee or Lazada market seller. Able to operate the platform to keep the product information up to date and provide service to fully satisfy the customer's needs."
Plan and execute campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints, ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-store
Strong understanding of the relationship between paid search / social, and other online and offline marketing activities
Understanding of the trends in marketing tools, as well as the trends in culture and local audience
Understand the Shopee and Lazada market and measure to effectively promote a product. Able to analyze competitors on this platform and carry out countermeasures
