Position : Mandarin Assistant Area Sales Manager

Industry : Mobile Technology Company

Location : Central Luzon (covered areas : Bulacan, Bataan, and Pampanga)

Schedule : Dayshift Schedule | Monday–Saturday (8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM)

Salary : Php 50,000 – Php 70,000 (Negotiable)

Work Setup : On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who can speak, read, and write Mandarin at a conversational level.
  • Must also be able to communicate in English and Tagalog.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Open to fresh graduates with organizational experience during college.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork within the assigned area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Territory Sales Manager in leading, managing, and developing -employees’ performance in every department.
  • Communicate and execute sales strategies to help increase sales revenue.
  • Train and guide sales staff to focus on store sales strategies according to company standards.
  • Converse and translate in both Mandarin and English languages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, dealers, and mall administration.
  • Create, communicate, and execute a vision for the sales team by establishing direction and context for sales activities.
  • Lead, manage, and develop employee performance at all levels—rank and file, supervisory, and managerial.
  • Assist Sales Managers in developing sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, and tracking results.
  • Understand and support sales policies and procedures to ensure proper and effective customer service.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and sales strategies in the region; increase sales revenue in assigned regions and report progress on goals and objectives.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support as needed in various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service.
