Reporting to the Business Development & Partner Management (Senior) Manager and will be responsible in growing and nurturing key assigned partners, by ensuring timely and successful implementation of agreed business strategy plans. The candidate must have intermediate knowledge, skills and experience necessary to carry-out the tasks at their position. He / she may take the lead, use initiative, and help with the day-to-day requirements of the account. The overall goal is to drivesustainable financial growth for AXA through boosting insurance sales, customer base penetration and forging strong relationship with new or assigned partner / s.
Job Scope
- Help in the evaluation of the partner’s customer base to craft and implement business plans covering identification of customer segments and journey, sales and marketing plans, after-sales support and infrastructure, new products or enhancements and performance monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in the conduct of partner business reviews through the development of needed presentations and work together with the Strategic Partnership Head in the overall assessment of the performance of the partnership and be able to recommend moving forward plans and strategies to further grow the business.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements including competitor tracking to help identify or change business strategies.
- Track sales and KPIs achievement through regular monitoring of sales reports and providing key insights to the Bancassure Strategy Head on reasons for success and failures in the achievement of the partnership's financial goals.
- Keeps track of any government regulator information that will have an impact on the business strategies and targets.
- Be on top of all day-to-day business requirements of the partnership and ensure quick resolution of issues through close coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with other internal leaders, to align and execute the identified strategies and plans.
- Identify business needs as well as execution requirements of agreed plans / projects thru close coordination and discussion with internal as well as external stakeholders.
