Job Responsibilities :
✨ Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
✨ Identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process solutions.
✨ Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance and quality.
✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and elevate customer experience.
✨ Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
✨ Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with strategic business goals.
✨ Mentor and guide a team of process improvement professionals to drive results.
✨ Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and success metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
✨ Open for Undergraduates
✨7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus).
✨With experience managing Telco and Media accounts
✨Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green / Black Belt) is an advantage
✨Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up
✨Can start as soon as possible
