Work Schedule : 09 : 00 AM to 06.00 PM AEST (07 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM PH Time)

We seek a Compliance and Audit Officer to meticulously verify and cross-reference data against established datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role involves performing detailed administrative tasks and maintaining clear communication to support operational integrity. This position is critical for upholding data accuracy and ensuring seamless compliance processes

What You’ll Do

  • Verify and cross-check data entries against multiple datasets to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, such as serial number errors, for immediate resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of audits and compliance checks for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and organize compliance documentation for internal and external reviews.
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Adhere to established protocols and standards to support operational compliance.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to uphold data integrity across systems

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify errors in complex datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance or audit processes is an advantage but not required.

    Requirements

    What You Bring We’re looking for someone who : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business management, financial operations, or client services. Strong understanding of billing systems, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working with technology clients or in a tech-driven environment is highly desirable.
