Inventory Control & Replenishment Coordinator (WFH)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution company operating multiple brands across Canada and the United States. We source, customize, and sell high-quality products across several categories—including home & lifestyle, commercial flooring, children’s products, sports mats, snow melting mats, and more.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Replenishment Coordinator to join our remote team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and experienced in managing inventory across multi-warehouse, multi-country operations. Experience with systems such as Cin7 Core (DEAR), Shopify, and ShipStation is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Control :

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouses in Canada and the USA.
• Review, update, and reconcile stock levels in Cin7 Core daily.
• Verify stock transfers, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and warehouse movements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across Shopify, ShipStation, and internal systems.
