Travel Process Executive (GDS) / Travel Consultant (BPO)
Job Summary :
A Travel (GDS) Executive in a BPO helps customers with their flight and travel bookings. The job involves using Global Distribution Systems (like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to book, change, or cancel flights. You also provide support to customers through calls, chats, or emails.
Main Responsibilities :
Help customers book, cancel, or change flight tickets.
Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for all travel bookings.
Provide information about fares, flight schedules, and travel rules.
Handle refunds, reissues, and schedule changes.
Answer customer questions and solve travel-related problems.
Keep records of all bookings and customer interactions in the system.
Follow airline and company policies.
Maintain good communication and provide quality service to meet targets.
