The ability to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale. The ability to effectively delegate and prioritize tasks. The ability to listen to customers' concerns and address their needs. Present, promote, sell products / services to potential, existing and prospective customers Establish, maintain and develop positive business and customer relationship Should act proactively to address clients needs and facilitate sales process procedure. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information Achieve sales and collection targets
