Overview
The primary role of the Litigation Lawyer is to represent the company in criminal, civil as well as labor cases and other actions that may be filed by or against the company to assure that the interests and rights of the company are protected and maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Attend hearings before the Courts and Quasi-Judicial Bodies in representation of Home Credit Philippines and other person or entity as may be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer for the protection of the interest of Home Credit Philippines;
- Draft and submit pleadings on time. “On time” is defined as 1 day ahead of the deadline imposed by the Rules or Order of the Court / Quasi-Judicial Bodies;
- Render legal opinions, conduct legal research, and attend meetings related to litigation;
- Provide and submit necessary reports and documentations as required by the company;
- Review and assess cases endorsed by Anti-Fraud and submit the same to the Deputy Litigation Lawyer;
What You Need To Have
Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing;At least 2 years of relevant experience;Good written and oral communication skills;Good pleading writing and legal research skills;Proficient in MS Word and Excel;Amenable to travel locally;What Can Set You Apart
