Overview

Hiring : Technical Delivery Manager

Clark, Pampanga | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a Philippine-based development team supporting a mission-critical EHR system for U.S. healthcare clients. This role requires strong Agile experience, technical leadership, and partial U.S. timezone overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the dev team
  • Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retros)
  • Ensure on-time delivery of features and support
  • Align output with U.S. business priorities
  • Conduct code reviews; support QA & DevOps

Qualifications

  • BS in CS, IT, or related field
  • 5+ yrs software / dev management experience
  • 2+ yrs managing offshore teams
  • Agile / Scrum + Jira / Confluence proficiency
  • Strong English communication; U.S. client experience
  • EHR, HL7 / FHIR & HIPAA knowledge is a plus
