Job descriptionHandle high-volume customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries and requests. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all data and pricing are correct. Manage returns and coordinate directly with customers when necessary. Provide efficient after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the account management team on customer service initiatives.
Skills and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any related course
- With 1 year of experience in after-sales support and consumer goods sales
- With 1 year of experience in account and order management
- With 1 year of experience in processing customer transactions
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
