Title Examiner (Remote – Philippines Based)

Full-Time | Real Estate Support | Night Shift (U.S. Time Zones)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Title Examiner to join our growing offshore support team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property titles to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and help facilitate smooth real estate transactions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of clients by ensuring all title documentation meets compliance standards and closing timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Examine property titles to identify any issues or inconsistencies.

Prepare detailed title reports and recommend solutions when needed.

Communicate with internal teams, lenders, and third parties to resolve title-related issues.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.

Maintain organized records of title examinations and transactions.

Support closing document preparation when necessary.

Meet deadlines and work collaboratively with the U.S.-based team.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least a high school diploma required; college degree is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in title examination or a related role preferred.

Familiarity with underwriting policies, title processes, and escrow procedures.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to work U.S. business hours (graveyard shift).

Knowledge of Fair Housing and mortgage servicing practices is a plus.
