📈 Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

📝 Develop engaging content for workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules

👥 Lead a team of trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences

What We're Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field

✅ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus
